Nitrogen services
Rapid cool-down
- Controlled feed of liquid nitrogen
- Amount of time saved depends on the performance of the closed circuit gas compressor

Hot stripping
- Using hot nitrogen to flush out and remove the hydrocarbons

Spent catalyst waste management
BUCHEN-ICS also handles the on-site storage, transport and further processing of the spent catalyst in cooperation with BUCHEN UmweltService GmbH. All statutory and regulatory measures regarding the collection, transport, storage and treatment of the material are taken into account at all times. BUCHEN fulfils all the requirements set out in the ‘EfbV’ [Ordinance on Specialised Waste Management Companies] regarding organisation, facilities, expertise and reliability and guarantees a high quality performance in all areas of waste management – both for spent catalyst and other materials.
