Modern technologies and mobile, automated processes protect both people and the environment and help provide flexible and expert solutions for a whole range of requirements. Dense phase conveying system
This unique system allows reactors and storage vessels to be filled in windy and adverse weather conditions. The material is first stored in weatherproof tanks to keep it dry and then transported safely to the reactor via hose lines – cranes are not needed here at all.
BTS jet washer system
Automated tank cleaning systems – such as the compact system and the BTS jet washer system – deliver high hydrocarbon recovery rates, short cleaning times and high safety standards protecting both people and the environment.
BTS BLABO® jet washer system
The most effective closed and automated tank cleaning system currently available on the market is based on computer-aided jet washer technology and has achieved hydrocarbon recovery rates of up to 98 percent in previous tank cleaning projects.
The Manway Cannon is a closed tank cleaning system. It is suitable for cleaning product storage tanks with a diameter of up to approx. 60 metres and is attached to the manways either at the side or top of the tank.
Technology for more detailed cleaning work
Once the automated tank cleaning work has been completed, an in-pipe nozzle can then be used, if necessary, to remove any remaining sludge. The Mover Cannon, a remotely controlled tracked vehicle with a cleaning cannon attached, can be converted into a bulldozer. A plough can be attached to the front instead of the cleaning cannon and then controlled manually.
